How do coins work?
Coins cover AI translation, one page at a time. Here’s what each kind of story uses.
Standard rate
Japanese manga
1.5 coins per page
One and a half coins for each page you translate.
20 pages → 30 coins
The 20-page examples use the standard rates. The very rare 2-coin rate applies only to pages with unusually large amounts of text.
Do I need Pro to use coins?
No. Both Free and Pro use coins for AI translation with frontier models. Pro adds higher reasoning, reading and library benefits, priority queue and early access to experimental features. Translation coins are purchased separately; Pro members get extra coins with every pack. Compare Free and Pro.
Do coins expire?
Unused coins from a one-time coin pack expire six months after purchase and are removed from your wallet. The validity period is shown before purchase. Read the coin terms.
Where can I see coin packs and prices?
ComicFluent is coming soon on iOS and Android. Available packs, prices, eligible bonuses and purchase conditions will be shown in the app before you buy.
